This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is seeking to engage vendors who have resources with a high level of expertise in product management, representing the needs of stakeholders and acting as the voice of the customer to a range of agile teams.
The department requires support to deliver and maintain a range of business-critical applications.
Successful applicant(s) will be a creative thinker that applies innovative ideas to support and promote agile values, principals, and practices.
The Product Owner is responsible for representing the needs of the stakeholder community working autonomously, using their influence and business skills to build, edit and maintain the agile team backlog.
The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and validating software requirements, whilst establishing acceptance criteria through user stories.
The Product Owner will drive iteration goals and work across agile teams to define and implement continuous improvements.
The Product Owner needs to understand and validate customer requirements and ensure developed software meet the customer needs.
The Product Owner is the link between the business area and the agile team.
