Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Are your middle-aged patients worried about developing dementia? Do you help them to reduce their risk of developing dementia?

We are currently seeking practices to be involved in implementing one of two new primary care based interventions for assessing dementia risk and reducing risk factors in middle-aged adults. Nurse training, patient education resources and clinic remuneration are just some of the benefits of being involved.
