Tender Description
This project involves enhancement and refurbishment of the existing Office and Warehouse Building at Puckapunyal Military Area.
The work involves,
1. Architectural - patch and paint, floor covering replacement, ceiling tile replacement, kitchenette refurbishments.
2. Civil - reinstate all line markings for carparks and line zones in warehouse, reinstate signage for loading zone.
3. Mechanical - disconnect and demolish single split air conditioning units (wall mounted) and provide and install single split (indoor and outdoor), replacement of refrigerant and condensate pipework.
4. Electrical - demolish existing main switchboard and upgrade to new, provide emergency lighting to male and female amenities.
5. Fire - provide occupant warning system to AS1670.1, and remove existing alarm bells, provide smoke seals around cupboard doors, provide a block plan of the fire detection system.
