Tender Description
UTS seeks to establish an appropriate contract arrangement with a supplier with the credentialed capability, experience, and capacity for the Supply of an Online Exam Proctoring Solution and Professional Services as set out in the scope of the RFT.
With the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 UTS had an urgent need to implement a tactical solution to ensure the continued ability to offer exams as a way of conducting formal assessments.
The move to online exams has resulted in significant improvements to student experience and in particular the delivery of exams to students with accessibility exam provisions. The work in 2020 and 2021 has shown that online exams are a viable and desirable process, with tangible benefits for staff and students.
Since the initial tactical OLX (Online Exams) solution was implemented our requirements have evolved which is the reason for this tender.
These requirements are outlined in the evaluation criteria and the associated business, technical and accessibility checklist.
The selected vendor will be required to implement the solution in readiness for use in time for Autumn exams 2022 (i.e. for exams commencing late May 2022).
