Tender Description
In response to the growing and adaptive nature of the illicit tobacco threat, the ITTF is adopting a counter threat network (CTN) operating model based on contemporary military and law enforcement methodologies. The model users a centre of gravity concept to identify and target network vulnerabilities using multi agency collaboration and operations.
The specialist will have experience and skills in CTN within a military or law enforcement context and be requried to;
• Provide expert knowledge and experience to contribute to the development of the operating model and governance
• Develop and deliver CTN training
