⁠⁠⁠- Experience working as an IT Service Desk Analyst
- Experience supporting senior management staff
- A good balance of customer focus and strong technical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT matters in person or over the phone.
- Experience documenting incidents through a Service Management tool
- Experienced with: AD, user accounts management, resource groups, distribution lists, front facing exchange features, elevated permissions
- Canberra based - WFH & onsite, based on roster
- To be physically capable of lifting & moving equipment like monitors, desk printers & general ICT stock.
