Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The project will undertake stakeholder profiling for each of the identified stakeholder groups below to support the development of the Shipping Inspections and Registration Blueprints.
The outcome AMSA is looking for is to
• validate our understanding of how users interact with AMSA currently
• gain a clearer understanding of how users would prefer to interact with AMSA services related to shipping inspections and registration functions, and the barriers to achieving their goals, and
• develop personas based on user needs and expectations.
