Tender Description
The Norfolk Island Regional Council invites Expressions of Interest for lease of the following areas -
1. Portion 26w, New Cascade Road (known as ‘Poppa’s paddock’)
2. Portion 183 (an area in DCA Circle known as DC2, DC4 and DC5)
3. Portion 183 (Areas A, B, C)
4. Portion 183, Ferny Lane (area at the end of paddock at Ferny Lane/New Farm Road intersection)
5. Portion 174a, Douglas Drive
Properties are suitable for stock agistment or other unimproved land activities.

Conditions of lease will be subject to agreed maintenance of the property and the holding of sufficient public liability insurance. Any approvals or permits required for the lease activity will be the responsibility of the lessee.
Offers will be for a lease of 1 year, with possible extension to a maximum of 3 years.
Expressions of interest are to clearly indicate the lease area applied for.
