This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) has responsibility for the strategic management and governance of the National Digital Health Strategy and the design, delivery, and operations of the national digital healthcare system, including the My Health Record system.
There is currently a unique opportunity to engage with Australians via mobile to manage their health and to provide health information that is vital to supporting them in response to COVID-19. The Agency is currently undertaking user experience design and development of a consumer-focused mobile app/channel to provide a range of health information and services leveraging the convenience and efficiency gains of Mobile channels and functionality. During the design process, the Agencies Experience Design team ensures a best practice Human Centred-Design approach and alignment to the Governments Digital Service Standard.
The team is seeking service proposals which ensure the accessibility and inclusiveness of the Mobile Apps design and and development, by partnering with a suitably experienced and capable provider which can consult through the process and conduct user testing with consumers to ensure accessibility compliance and best practice.
