This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Privacy assurance on two streams of work with overlapping elements:
1) The Agency is seeking a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to be conducted on the creation of a mobile application for access to multiple digital health services developed by the Agency including, but not limited to, the My Health Record (the App). We note that the App is to be used by consumers. More detail will be provided to the successful tenderer.
The selected PIA provider will need to work closely and efficiently with the Agency and the App developer working on behalf of the Agency to provide ongoing interim privacy advice during the development of the App related to the PIA. The PIA provider will also be required to review the launch version of the App and provide findings in the final PIA.
The PIA will also consider an expansion to the My Health Record Mobile Gateway that would allow for reading of information as well as downloading of information.
2) The Agency is seeking a PIA to be conducted on alternate use-cases involving reading, downloading, storing and sharing of information via the My Health Record Mobile Gateway by third party organisations (including State/Territory governments and private organisations).
