Tenders are invited for the following Services:
The City of Stonnington seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake an inventory and condition assessment (about 125 buildings) including other associated assessments (Optional Services).
This Consultancy Services Contract will assist Council to develop an effective and efficient lifecycle management process roadmap for its building assets. It will allow Council to maintain the appropriate data to determine the optimal level of renewal and maintenance investment and to ensure Council’s building stock is managed at the required level of service and the lowest possible risk and life cycle cost.
Relevant data such as overall building condition ratings, asset/component condition scores, remaining useful lives, renewal costs and other associated data on Council’s buildings will be recorded in AssetMaster.
This Contract is a two-phase contract:
• Phase 1 (Framework and Methodology) involves the development of a framework, methodology and a pilot phase for the capture and assessment of asset conditions and other relevant data (Optional Services) for Council’s buildings.
• Phase 2 (Data Capture, Modelling and Optional Services) involves an expanded program of data collection, processing, migration of asset condition assessments and lifecycle modelling for Council’s buildings within the scope of this Contract. Phase 2 includes Optional Service packages to provide qualitative assessments of the buildings to enable Council to assess asset financial valuations, criticality and functionally.
