Tender Description
To provide Ballarat City Council with Principal Design Consultant (PDC) services for the Ballarat Airport Runway Upgrade Project (Stage 1). Services include the following project phases, Concept Design, Detailed Design, Construction Administration.
To be considered, the Respondent must have successfully completed a minimum of three Airfield projects (including both the full design and subsequent construction phase support services) with a construction value over $5 million in the past 10 years (PASS/FAIL)
