Tender Description
The Agreement will be contracted under the Header Agreement finalised by Health Share Victoria’s (HSV) Pathology Equipment and Associated Consumables (HPVC2018-115).
The scope of this RFT covers but not limited to Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E) staining / coverslipping equipment, consumables / reagents and services with various acceptable purchase models.
1. Monash Health are seeking responses that detail outright purchase, lease or reagent rental options.
2. Monash Health reserves the right to only order consumables & reagents it requires.
3. Bidders who provide equipment only can quote consumables / reagents from a third party provider, in case of an open system.
4. Monash Health reserves the right to purchase the consumables & reagents equipment requires from a different bidder than that of the equipment, in case of an open system.
