Expression of Interest – COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria – Passenger Transportation Services
COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria (CQV) manages the Hotel Quarantine Programme (Programme) and will manage the Victorian Quarantine Hub (VQH) once operational, on behalf of the Victorian Government and is currently investigating the interest and capabilities of Victorian transport service providers to offer Passenger Transportation Services for the Programme and the VQH.
CQV is seeking to undertake a two-stage tender process to secure a high-quality transport supplier(s) to deliver Passenger Transportation Services for the Programme and the VQH, specifically transporting returned travellers or other passengers from Melbourne Airport to the hotels or to the VQH. The tender process will include this Expression of Interest and it is anticipated that this will be followed with a Request for Tender.
