This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Experienced Senior Business Analysts are required to join the ROBUST Program as part of the Applications Stream. The candidates will bring strong agile/waterfall requirements management, business and technical analysis capabilities to the team with a strong delivery focus, and a track record of leveraging experience from similar programs and projects of work.
Within the Application Stream the successful candidates will be deployed into the Application Planning & Shaping portfolio and/or the Application Remediation portfolio. The Application Planning & Shaping portfolio is undertaking technical discovery and treatment planning across the inventory of applications requiring remediation. A key outcome of the portfolio is to shape and define the work packages and projects required to deliver the remediations. While the Application Remediation portfolio will execute the work packages and projects to deliver the outcomes as scoped. Remediations will scale from the simple to more complex, for example: applying patches to bring applications up to the latest versions, migrating the tech stack to align with our standard operating environment, migrating functionality to other secure and resilient applications, and finally decommissioning any applications no longer in use.
The successful candidates will bring deep expertise undertaking analysis and discovery work to support delivery planning, as well as an ability to define and decompose scope down to detailed solution requirements including non-functional requirements in both waterfall and agile environments. A proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders both business and highly technical will be required for success in the role with experience managing stakeholders through ambiguity to deliver outcomes in a timely fashion. The candidate will have worked on application remediation projects previously, in environments running multiple initiatives in parallel.
