Tender Description
The objective of this Specification is to ensure an open public process is undertaken for parties interested in providing entertainment opportunities at Lahey Square, Barwon Heads beginning the 2021/22 summer holiday period for the next 3 summers. The successful tenderer will be offered a 3 Year Licence issued under Section 17b of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
The services provided should appeal to a broad demographic.
