Amusement Rides Provider

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Knox City Council is seeking to appoint an experienced amusement ride provider to supply, install, operate and dismantle amusement rides and associated attractions across Knox Carols and Knox Festival, and to be the preferred provider for any smaller events.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply, installation, operation and dismantling of amusement rides and associated attractions at Knox Carols and Knox Festival
• Acting as preferred provider for amusement rides at any smaller Council events
• Full operational management of rides, including staffing
• Provision of a diverse, high-quality, family-friendly and affordable selection of rides suitable for a broad demographic, including children, young people and families

Contractor Requirements

• Compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
• Strong commitment to safety, presentation and customer experience
• Proven experience operating within large-scale outdoor community events
