Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the First Floor Toilet & Kitchen Upgrade at Grattan Gardens Community Centre for an Initial Contract Term of 2 months.
Tenderers must be able to provide evidence of similar relevant experience undertaking accessible toilet refurbishments in community facilities for Councils to be considered an acceptable Tender.
Please note: The Grattan Gardens Community Centre will remain operational during construction. All care must be taken to ensure the work site is contained and safe from public access.
