The main objectives of the Hailey House Significant Refurbishment Project are to help resolve two main factors:
Recreation and Leisure
To improve the experience for people living at Hailey House. The recreation area development will promote and improve access for all residents to a range of activities and celebrations. Increasing the number of common areas with the addition of an outdoor room. The sports bar will also create a place of belonging for all residents where sports, and entertainment can align for the residents, their families and friends.
Laundry re-modelling
Refurbishment of the laundry will enable choice to residents whom may wish to remain active in self-care and independence. The laundry design will meet infection control and safety requirements to enable resident access and use of the amenity.
