This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
IPMB is seeking a Strategic Partner to deliver the following:
• CapabilityOne strategy and roadmap - Support the development of the CapabilityOne strategy and roadmap including the current state, future state, and the plan to transition to the future state.
• Project Management Office (PMO) - Design and establish options for an organisational structure of the PMO and skillsets to enable design and delivery of the CapabilityOne.
• Detailed design of the future state of CapabilityOne - Develop the detailed design based on the needs of the Vice Chief of Defence Force, and the technology support related to the IIP, the Defence Capability Life-cycle, the Defence Capability Assurance Process, and interoperability for the joint force.
• Detailed delivery plan - to deliver the future state of CapabilityOne.
• Change Management and communication strategy - develop change management and communication strategy, templates, and plan in alignment with the project delivery plan.
• Enable CapabilityOne alignment with the Defence Data Strategy (2021 – 2023) - the Defence Data Strategy (2021 – 2023) has defined a Capability Delivery priority data area, which aims to bring together data, analytics and automation to provide better insights into capability delivery.
