The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
• Maturing the current project-program scheduling practice and promoting the discipline to achieve a common, standardised practice throughout the Department, better constructed schedules and more accurate resource forecasting and planning;
• Providing advice and assistance to other project and program schedulers installed in the CIP Programs;
• Providing assurance and governance oversight over program interdependencies to ensure its accurate and appropriate identification and management;
• Conducting assessment of impact to schedule required for exception reporting and change proposals;
• Enabling the discussion of threats to dependencies and their flow-on impacts to deliverables and benefits.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling Guidelines;
• Program deliverables and interdependency mappings.
• Input into project and program governance reports and artefacts.
