Tender Description
The Contractor to is to supply all plant/equipment, tools, materials and labour for the modifications to the existing ATCO building, as outlined below, but not limited to:
• Accept delivery of the building to the Contractor’s yard (or agreed location with Bravus)
• Relocate existing door & door frame to new location
• Supply & installation of 3 New windows, same size as current windows
• Make good any internal / external cladding. Cladding to match existing.
• Supply & install any additional steel beams and stud frames for new openings.
• Security bars to windows to be removed & disposed
• Finishings to be same as current.
• Loading of building onto truck once works completed
• RPEQ certification on modifications to buildings
• All miscellaneous items such as, but not limited to, fixings, welding rods, sealants, rags, disposal, etc.
Certification Required
- Certification for Form 15 – Compliance certificate for building design or specification
- Certification for Form 16 – Inspection Certificate/Aspect Certificate/QBCC Licensee Aspect Certificate
Timing
- Contractor to advise of duration in weeks, once awarded.

It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
