Tender Description
Cohuna CBD and Waterftont Conncetions project recived a funding from the Regional Development Victoria. The Project continues from the previous year’s works Cohuna Waterfront Stage 1 – Apex Park. Council successfully delivered this stage of works and is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to support the delivery of the second stage: Cohuna Waterfront Stage 2 – Garden Park. The proposed design for Cohuna CBD and Waterfront Connections Project has gone through extensive and collaborative community consultation. The development aims to connect the CBD and Waterfront with outdoor dining facilities, by costruction the new pavement and landscaping to enhance the area.
The Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to complete the construction works. Works involve the construction of the pontoon at the edge of the water with outdoor seating facilities to enjoy the breath-taking water view, a connection path between CBD Shops and waterfront, Outdoor dining facilities outside bar and bookend corner, installation of the lighting bollard with floodlights and associated landscaping.
