Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for the supply of as-constructed data for the current capital works program.
Each financial year the capital works program requires the ongoing collation of as-constructed data for asset management purposes. This process consists of an as-constructed site survey, data processing and CAD drawing submittal currently completed internally for Council’s assets team.
It is proposed for an external contractor to collate and supply this data to the asset team via the As-Constructed Portal, currently used for contracted works and residential and commercial developments.
The Scope of Works includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Collection of As-Constructed survey data.
NOTE: Traffic management will be provided by Council where required.
- Collation of data into the required format for ACDC drawing upload, in accordance with A-SPEC Standards.
