This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Information Services Division (ISD) are the ‘custodian’ for the departments Architectural vision, governance and technology oversight.
ISD has established a new contemporary Architectural practice to support business and requires resources to work as part of this to deliveroutcomes.
The department has several large programs in the area of Bio-Security, Exports, Corporate Systems and other activities and requires a partnership to help steer and deliver sound architectural outcome. A strong ability to partner with business areas and translate technology to enable business outcomes is a key success factor.
Provision of architectural services:
- Include outcome-based, time and material or fixed scope outcomes and deliverables and/or
- Resource augmentation
- Skilled resources to undertake the following roles, dependent on the outcome being sought include : Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, Program Architect, Solution Architect, Domain Architect and technology specialist resources.
Note : Typically before work commences an agreed sprint will be required. Task progress is to be tracked against the agreed sprint plan. Timesheets need to show alignment to sprint plans.
