Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender in the final week of August 2021 for the design of four Care Services’ residential dwellings located in metro and regional Victoria to provide expanded out of home care services to the regions. These works are only for the design and documentation of the residential dwellings. This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of Local Jobs First requirements.
