Tender Description
This tender seeks to appoint a D&C Head Contractor to manage the overall site and deliver works that include the construction of a new multi-use entrance kiosk, office and café building as well as the renovation and renewal of several existing buildings at the Tawonga Caravan Park.
The new building is envisaged to be delivered as a modular product. The renovation works include a host of building and services upgrade works to bring the existing facilities and amenities up to a modern and functional standard. The intended outcome is to reopen the Tawonga Caravan Park with upgraded facilities and infrastructure to the public by July 2022.
