This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Biosecurity Operations Division of the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment requires a Change Manager (EL 1 equivalent). The position will work with policy and operational subject matter experts in the international mail pathway to manage operational and organisational change for a program of transformation work.
This work will include managing change for operational staff at mail facilities across Australia through the coordination of communications and instructional material and ongoing engagement with staff at varying levels.
The resource will provide the following outputs:
a. Detailed Change Management and Implementation plan
b. Detailed Communications Plan and Strategy
c. Detailed Implementation Schedule
d. Various Communications Artefacts
e. Monitoring Communication Channels
f. Maintaining the Implementation Schedule
g. Drafting Implementation Action Plans
h. Maintaining Action Plans
The role requires the Service Provider Personnel to have:
1. Highly developed skills and experience in managing operational change.
2. Demonstrated highly developed stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication skills
4. Demonstrated experience managing change within a business transformation program.
Working arrangements: Flexibility in working location. On site (Canberra City) at least 2 days a week, once the COVID lockdown in the ACT is lifted.
