Tender Description
Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.
The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
PART A: Montrose Avenue & Keith Avenue road and drainage reconstruction (Drawing K6280)
- Construction of major stormwater drainage and pits
- Remove and replace concrete kerb and channel
- Remove and replace concrete footpaths and vehicle crossings (Montrose only)
- Full reconstruction of the asphalt road pavement (Montrose only)
PART B: Kinross Avenue drainage construction (Drawing K6226)
- Construction of major stormwater drainage and pits
- Reconstruction of the asphalt road pavement within the drainage trench
