Tender Description
Tenders are invited for an experienced Project Management Company to help manage the design and construction of the next stages of Toorak Park Redevelopment.
The Toorak Park Masterplan was adopted by Council in 2018. A number of key objectives of the plan have already been completed, including the upgrade of open space and playground facilities at Victory Square and the delivery of new cricket practice nets.
The key deliverables that remain outstanding are:
1. Demolition and reconstruction of the Charles Lux Pavilion and Cricketers Pavilion into a single, fit-for-purpose pavilion that meets the needs of all user groups.
2. Upgrades to the floodlighting to make compliant with the level of sport played.
3. Upgrades to the oval and pathway around the oval.
