Tender Description
The project scope includes but it’s not limited to removal of existing trees, supply and installation of synthetic turf, plantings, edging, a section of footpath with two pram ramps, gravel driveways as well as associated works as per the drawing. The area to be completed is outlined in red within this plan, this has been further broken down to three individual areas 1,2 and 3. This has been done in order to provide an opportunity to get some of the sites completed should the budget not be available to complete all of the sites, therefore Council may award one or more of the areas of works.
