Tender Description
Taylors Development Strategists, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2021 for the Grand Central Precinct B External Branch Sewer. The project will include:
Construction of approximately 969 metres of DN525 PP Branch Sewer as part of Grand Central Estate Development at 1070 Sayers Road, Tarneit for Stockland Developments Pty Ltd, within the City of Wyndham. The site is within a Cultural Heritage Management Plan area and CHMP requirements will need to be met. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewers > DN280 or Sewer Reticulation > 5m in depth), Category S7 (Any Live Sewer Works).
