The Borough of Queenscliffe (Council) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers for the;

- Demolition of 3 existing structures which provide existing caravan park laundry and ablution facilities within the Queenscliffe Recreation Reserve caravan park,
- Construction of the new Queenscliff Recreation Reserve caravan park amenities block on the site of the demolished buildings.

The site is located on the Hesse Street frontage of the Queenscliff Recreation Reserve located at 134 Hesse Street Queenscliff.

In general the new caravan park amenities block consists of ablution and laundry facilities for caravan park guests, operational storage and laundry facilities and public toilet amenities.
