This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Review current internal workflow processes across the Agency to define a plan for digitalisation utilising existing software systems and platforms including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence and Jira. The digitalisation objectives include replacement of paper-based workflows and where possible automation of workflows and notifications. The digitalisation plan is to include prioritisation of workflows, the approach to be taken for implementation and a costed schedule. It is important that the plan addresses the change management aspects of this initiative, including ongoing education and support.
