Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council currently has 4 Buildings that have Height Safety Systems installed and require Annual Inspections for Compliance to be undertaken in April each year. These systems are located at Chiltern Memorial Hall Chiltern, The Pines Beechworth, Yackandandah Sports Park Yackandandah and Councils Office in Yackandandah.
Contractors are required to provide an Annual price to complete all required Certification of the Systems to ensure Compliance with Australian Standards 1891.4:2009 & 1657:2018 in addition to the Work Cover Handbooks Parts 1 and 2 “Safe Work on Roofs”
Contractors will be engaged under Council’s standard Purchase Order terms for an initial period of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
