This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A Head of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation / Program Manager is required to facilitate the final phase of implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM) systems at Austrade by end January 2022 as well as deliver defined business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, design and executing the delivery of Austrade’s new CRM, the business systems on the platform, as well as the decommissioning of legacy systems
• Ensure the CRM and business system is fit for purpose against business needs
• Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
• Lead the development of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps
• Ensure an Enterprise view of the system / data to deliver a single client view
• Ensure the solution architecture is verified and complements Austrade’s current and future enterprise architecture
• Determine the required resources (including external partners) to implement CRM systems
• Manage the CRM team to deliver to agreed roadmap
• Ensure we have the right delivery partners (external) for success, and that all partners are working together to deliver successfully
• Manage risk and communicate with the Steering Committee where necessary to ensure the project is delivered per agreed timescales and cost
• Lead the co-ordination and management of dependencies for the CRM project, from the business and IT areas
• Leading change management, project communication and better practice throughout the system implementation
• Ensure expectations between the business and the digital and IT teams are set well and maintained throughout the life of the project
• Provide program and project status reports to Senior Executive management as agreed within governance model.
• Ensure project management alignment with Projects Innovation and Change Office.
Baseline security clearance strongly preferred.
