Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand manufacturers with capability to supply gaskets made of sheets in modified PTFE fibres with a reticular and isotropic structure.
Maximun content of halogens (C+F+Br) less than 100 ppm by thermolysis at 280C / 65 bar.
Maximum content of sulphur less than 50 ppm by thermolysis at 280C / 65 bar.
Safety Data Sheets shall be provided with the items and full traceability has to be achieved records to be store for 10 years.
Gaskets shall be individually packaged in a polyethylene seal bag and be free of any defects or grease.
Qmin and Qsmin shall be supplied as per EN 13555 including the test certificate.
Supplier shall be able to supply a Declaration of Conformity according EN ISO/CEI 17050-1
