The Contract includes a provision that allows Council to access the Suppliers full retail product range under a discounted pricing structure applied to the Suppliers Recommended Retail Price (RRP) list. This provision is intended to accommodate items not included in the standard schedule of rates but required from time to time to meet operational needs. The same discount structure will apply to ad-hoc and walk-in purchases made by authorised Council staff using approved purchase cards or requisitions, ensuring consistent pricing treatment across both contracted items and non-scheduled purchases.
