Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand manufacturers or resellers with capability to supply Servo valves/Solenoid valves/DCV compliant with grease fluids.
Suppliers should have the capability to test and maintain the equipment in Australia.
The Servo valve will be used on a grease distribution circuit to control the output requirements for equipment in various systems.
The Servo valve will be required to pressure of 250 bar (25 MPa), 4W3P configuration, customizable connection interface, centre close option and manual operation with lock option.
Documentation required for acceptance includes but it is not limited to: Inspection Test Plan, Test Reports, Calibration Certificates, General Arrangement drawing with part list, Dimensional Reports, Weight Report, 3.1 Material Certificate, Certificate of Conformance, Seal curing, Fluid cleanliness repor
