Tender Description
Central Goldfields Shire Council (Council) requires the services of a registered Building Inspector (Unlimited) to administer the responsibilities of the Building Act 1993 and relevant Regulations, with a focus on compliance and enforcement.
Council requires this service a minimum of three days to a maximum of five days per week for approximately 48 weeks a year. The time required is commensurate with the ability to provide an effective and efficient service to Council.
The service would ideally be provided from the offices located at Central Goldfields Shire Civic Centre, 22 Nolan Street Maryborough.
