Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. TMRICT20129 for a replacement Environment and Tidal System (EATS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) as specified in PART B - QITC Draft Contract (specifically Schedule TMR1 – Requirements and references therein).
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
1. Provision of a Met-Ocean Sensor Data Visualisation solution, preferably cloud hosted (this may be Software as a Service or hosted within the Customers public cloud tenancy).
2. The solution is expected to deliver the following functions:
- Retrieval of data from MSQ and other Met-Ocean gauges.
- Secure storage of data from Met-Ocean gauges.
- Display of data to users via a web browser and mobile device over a secure connection.
- Calculation of enhanced data figures such as Tidal residuals.
- Receive and display data from external third-party data sources.
- Retrieval of other sensor types for display if available.
3. Implementation and Transition-in services, including migration of 1-2 months of historic data to the new solution.
4. End user training and product support.
5. Ongoing maintenance and support of the solution, including compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
It does not include:
- Supply or maintenance of remote gauges, sensors or equipment.
- Management and operations of the Met-Ocean stations and sensors which provide data into the system.
- Supply of computer hardware user for end users to access and view the system.
- Decommissioning of existing EATS system.
