Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the partial demolition, construction of internal alterations and external additions at the Alma’s Activity Centre, 17 Alma Street, Bellerive, Tasmania, 7018.
Responses can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and with the description and Tender number T1325/19 clearly marked on the envelope. Responses will be received at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 4.00pm on
Wednesday, 25 August 2021.
