The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to implement and configure a Microsoft CRM solution to support the implementation and operations of the Hosting Certification Framework. The DTA has a current implementation of Microsoft CRM and this engagement intends to create a new instance with similar DTA controls to support the Hosting Certification team. The seller will ensure all components are delivered with stakeholder consultation and a clear roadmap is established to support the delivery.
