Southern Grampians Shire Council invites suitably qualified companies to provide a quotation for the supply and support of a Microsoft Teams phone system.
Council seeks to replace the existing phone system with Microsoft Teams phone system, utilising the cloud-hosted Microsoft Teams admin centre for purposes including setting up call flows and ring groups, as well as another (potentially vendor-specific) web portal for management of other aspects including the provisioning of phone numbers. Council will also require the ability to self-configure certain special call flows including (but not limited to) auto-attendants, IVR menus, business hour and holiday schedules and after-hours diversions to mobile phones.
