Tender Description
The City of Melbourne is seeking Expressions of Interest from consortia or individual commercial organisations to construct a new Food Hall in the location of the existing Food Court, being the triangular site bound by Queen, Victoria and Elizabeth streets.
The new Food Hall will create an exciting contemporary hospitality destination within Queen Victoria Market precinct with works including demolition of the existing tensile roof and outdated dining area and construction of a new butterfly roof, Queen Street facade, amenities, internal and external dining area and upgraded services.
