Tender Description
Council is seeking to appoint one or more Contractors to undertake bin audits and data collection to assist Council in the consideration of introducing a waste services charge. Prior to the introduction of the charge, Council needs to have a comprehensive and accurate database of waste bins located at properties within the City of Whitehorse. Council is seeking a contractor that can help the project, by auditing known problems or locations where there is missing kerbside waste bin data.
