Mansfield Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced specialist consultants for the design, documentation and specification for the Mansfield Library.
The objectives of the design are to:
-Provide a fully-scoped "shovel-ready" design for the local library
-Achieve an innovative, attractive and versatile design that meets the needs of the applicable user groups that will be deliverable within budget.
-Certified construction drawings
-Technical specification
-Detailed construction costings for the proposed refurbishment.
Mansfield Library is located in the south-eastern quadrant of the central Mansfield township.
The Library is held in high regard by the Mansfield community. Visitation and lending rates are excellent with 1,000 visitors and 1,000 items loaned each week (pre COVID).
