Tender Description
The successful vendor will be engaged to develop a proof of concept (PoC) initially.
Following evaluation of the PoC, a separate procurement will be undertaken to engage the successful vendor to implement the full solution. Treasury are looking for a solution that will modernise the way budget related publications are drafted, reviewed, approved, formatted, and finally exported for print and web.
1. 1000+ collaborating authors.
2. Multiple publications with multiple versions each requiring multiple levels of approval.
3. Digital signatures/approvals
4. Remote access
5. Granular ownership of text, images and charts
6. Traceability between text and authoring divisions at a granular level
7. Linked excel charts and tables.
8. Progress and status dashboards / reporting
