Tender Description
The purpose of this expression of interest (EOI) is to engage proponents with suitable experience, capability and interest to develop the sub level of the eastern grandstand area of Central Coast Stadium. Council will be applying a two staged approach Stage 1 EOI and Stage 2 Selective Request for Proposal. It is Councils absolute discretion as to progressing to stage 2 or not.

A non-mandatory pretender meeting can be arranged to provide an opportunity to Tenderer's or interested parties to review the site. Council requests an email be sent to Council's nominated Contact Officer and a date and time will be scheduled.
