Tender Description

The extent of the Subcontractor’s Works shall include for, be subject but not limited to, the following: -

 
1. Supply and installation of all required sanitary fixtures / tapware to complete the project
 
2. Seismic supports for hydraulic services
 
3. All hydraulics services including inground sewer, sewer rising main, sewer stack work, sewer pumping stations, water filtration and pumps, storm water, syphonics, down pipes, hot and cold-water reticulation, RO water systems
 
4. Drainage – roof drainage and internal downpipes including cast in down pipes, mechanical duct and fume cupboard drainage,
 
5. Hot / cold water – potable cold-water reticulation system, non-potable hot and cold water reticulation including services valves, tempered hot water system, TMV’s / point of use TMV’s
 
6. Demo & make safe of existing hydraulics services
 
7. Drainage to working decks
 
8. Temporary hydraulic services – commission and certify the installation and gain authority approvals to allow partial use of systems for temporary construction use and for final handover
 
9. Plant and equipment gas works
 
10. Allow for payment of all required authority fees / inspection fees
